- How long does a project stay active?
- A project remains active for 12 months after creation. After one year it expires unless renewed.
- What happens when a project expires?
- You have 90 days to renew or download all project data. After 90 days the data is automatically deleted.
- Does the app work offline?
- Yes, in read-only mode. Your team can access project information on mobile without a connection. Syncs automatically when connection returns.
- Can subcontractors access the platform?
- Yes. You can invite subcontractors to specific projects. They only see what they are assigned to.
- Can I export my project documentation?
- Yes. You can export complete project documentation as PDF, ZIP, and CSV with one click.
- Is my data stored in Europe?
- Yes. Hamerly uses European infrastructure and is fully GDPR compliant.
- How much does Hamerly cost?
- CHF 99 per project per year. No per-user fees. Unlimited team members. 14-day free trial available.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Hamerly works in the browser and as a mobile web app. No installation required.
